Dependable recruiter with a mission to help local businesses thrive.

Employment Consultant Andrea Todaro is President of Innovative Placements, a local company that helps individuals with disabilities secure and maintain employment. She is considered to be one of Western New York’s most successful job developers. With over twenty years of professional job placement experience, Ms. Todaro has demonstrated a unique talent for matching her clients to the hiring requirements of the many area employers and human resource professionals she has served.

To date, over 3,000 clients and employers representing a wide range of occupations and industries have benefited from her expertise.

A member of BNHRA since 2005, Ms. Todaro has served on the BNHRA board in several director roles including Workforce Readiness, Diversity and Inclusion, and Membership.
