Kathleen Pascucci, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Kathleen first became involved in BNHRA as a student member while attending the University at Buffalo for her undergrad. In 2013, Kathleen took on the Secretary’s role with BNHRA and then transitioned into the Membership Director role for a two year term. Under the guidance of her mentor, Colin Adams, Kathleen became involved in SHRM’s New York State Council. Kathleen has served on the state level in the Secretary, Finance Director and now Director-Elect role. Kathleen is highly active in planning the annual NYS SHRM conference which will be held this year in September at the Albany Capital Center in the heart of the state capital. Kathleen greatly enjoys meeting HR professionals from throughout the state and bringing back the knowledge and best practices to her role at Superior Lubricants Company Inc. as their Director of Human Resources. Superior Lubricants is a premier distributor of lubricants and greases for the automotive and industrial markets. Under the direction of founder and Chairman Mike Anczok, Kathleen stays quite busy and remains active in BNHRA events to help stay current on the ever changing laws and practices in New York State.
