1. Briefly describe your organization and position:

I am the Owner of ACE Handyman Services Buffalo. At ACE, we are a work culture that promotes inclusivity.  We directly impact the community through pro-bono work for both vulnerable people and non-profit organizations.  We live value-based lives, and we only hire kind, courteous high-initiative people who will deliver a 5-star experience at your homes. 

2. What do you enjoy most about HR?

I enjoy setting a healthy culture for my organization.

3. How long have you been involved with the BNHRA?

I have been a part of the BNHRA for three years, from an in-transition member to now a board member. 

4. In your spare time, what do you like to do for fun? 

Weightlifting

5. What has been the biggest influence on your career path? 

Toxic leaders that I worked for in the past that convinced me to start my own business.

6. Advice for those entering the HR industry:  

Speak up when you see injustice.
