Getting Ahead of Your Culture (Part 2) with Talent Retention!
presented by
Tom Schin, Build Better Culture Brian Rollo, Brian Rollo Consulting Group
Your organizational culture is your best weapon for talent retention. We will discuss the impact of culture on retaining employees. Increasing engagement and fine tuning points to enhance your culture will help reduce turnover, and build employee loyalty, and strengthen the tie between employees and your company values/mission. We will discuss employee loyalty, how to engage existing employees, and more.
What drives or kills employee loyalty? How do you know if and when your key employees are a flight risk? Strengthening your company engagement and workplace culture allows you to build stronger connections between you and your employees. Join us for an interactive discussion on understanding the correlation between culture and talent retention. We'll discuss hazards, pitfalls as areas of growth for you to build on. Higher retention will have a dramatic effect on morale and productivity.
We will answer these questions:
⦁ What really drives employee loyalty? What kills it?
⦁ How do you retain and engage your existing workforce?
⦁ Who is secretly waiting for you to upgrade your culture, and who isn’t?
⦁ How do you get people comfortable with the idea of change?
Learning outcomes:
⦁ Understand the true correlation between culture and talent retention.
⦁ Understand the cost of tolerating unhealthy culture.
⦁ Learn how to build champions and anticipate roadblocks.
⦁ Help your managers with leadership resources and new ideas.
⦁ Leave with actionable steps to improve your culture.
