Part 1:
Join us as we explore how you can turn your organization’s culture into a competitive advantage in the war for talent. As organizations face many challenges in today’s tight hiring market, your culture should serve as a competitive advantage that will help you to be an employer of choice. This presentation will provide thoughtful conversation and actionable steps to support your mission of attracting the right talent.
During this session we will discuss:
⦁ What is organizational culture and how important is it?
⦁ Where do you start when you want to improve your culture?
⦁ What common hurdles slow organizations down?
⦁ How do you use what’s special about your organization to engage with people from the ground up?
Be sure to join us next month on November 10 for Part 2 - Getting Ahead of Your Culture with Talent Retention!
