Virtual Meeting: The Why and How of Effective Onboarding

presented by:

Kim Marino, Manager, Learning and Organizational Development at Independent Health

Research suggests up to 20% of new hires leave in the first 45 days of employment. Conversely 69% of employees say they are likely to stay with a company for at least three years after a great onboarding experience. Kim Marino will discuss the important elements of onboarding, who should be involved and when. She will share tools and resources to help ensure it is an effective and positive onboarding experience. Finally, she will discuss the need to evaluate and measure the program’s effectiveness and how to do this!
