    About the Presentation:

    Adele Aharonoff will present an overview of the labor market and the fast-changing Social Media landscape and how to use the information to make meaningful connections and enhance recruiting strategies.

    About our presenter:

      With over 20+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Entrepreneurship, Adele has worked for top industry leaders and start up environments as a Recruiter, Generalist and as an Independent Business Owner.  Adele Joined Monster in 2015 as part of the Client Adoption Team, advising and training business leaders and recruiting teams on the latest employment trends and talent strategies helping organizations achieve their goals.  Adele also serves as one of the keynote presenters for the Monster Power Recruiter Workshop, an event offering industry insights and strategies in Talent Acquisition.  Brooklyn born to immigrant parents, Adele became the 1st in her family to earn her Bachelors in Psychology, with minors in Education and Statistics from the University of Florida.  She continued her academic career while working full time and obtained her MA in Career Counseling from New York University and then her Executive MBA from PACE University.
