    Denise is a partner in the firm’s Commercial division. She has a strong background in a number of industries and has helped many clients, both large and small, maximize their business potential. She has assisted clients with analysis of overall profitability and development of action plans for the future.       Nancy Cox, CPA, Principal

    Nancy is a principal in the firm’s commercial division. She is responsible for audit, review and compilation engagements for various entities, including auto dealerships, broker/dealers, hotels and real estate development companies.  She is also responsible for the audits of numerous employee benefit plans, including defined contribution plans, employee stock ownership plans, health & welfare plans and 11-K filings.  She also has experience in the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. Nancy is on the Bonadio Group 401k Plan Committee and co-leading the Bonadio Firm Wide Employee Benefit Plan Audit efficiency team.  Read more...
